We read it the same day
Nell or Joe reads every request and rings or emails within a working day.
ii.
We fix a fitting time
Usually within the week. For wedding dresses we plan all three fittings at once.
iii.
Bring the garment
With the shoes and anything that goes underneath. We pin it, price it and write your ticket.
